Welcome to my blog! I know this entry is a couple of posts late, but I was just so excited to share a couple of tabs I created that I forgot to introduce myself. Also, I was assuming that most of the people who'd visit this site would know me from my YouTube covers, since that's where I promote the link to this blog anyway. But on the off chance that that is not the case, here we go with introductions!

Hi! My name is Ige Castro (Ige a nickname which comes from Miguel), an amateur fingerstyle guitarist from the Philippines. I post guitar covers of songs on YouTube, from no specific genre - pretty much just music that I like. I started this blog initially because some people have been asking for guitar tabs of my arrangements (which is really flattering, I must say), though since I'm already here, I'll probably take this opportunity to post a couple of non-guitar tab related entries as well.

But for now, for people just interested in the tabs, here are some reminders:
1. I play songs by ear, so when I upload a new video to YouTube, there's a high chance that I haven't written a guitar tab for that piece yet.
2. I've decided that I'd try to prioritize tabs for pieces where there are a lot of people asking but in reality, it's probably just going to be at random. :)
3. Since I'm writing the tab after I've recorded a song, the tab and the performance in the video will not be 100% the same. Most of the time there'll be a couple of corrections or additions applied to the tab.

Due to insistent public demand, here's a guitar tab of what's close to what I played on YouTube. The piece I played on YouTube was played by ear so this is my attempt to recreate what I did there .
